Great custom sign, good support

I ordered a custom text neon sign for my home office. The design tool on their website was pretty straightforward to use, letting me pick colors and fonts easily. Production took about 8 days, and then shipping to Chicago was another 6 days, which felt reasonable for a custom item. The sign arrived well-packaged with no damage. Installation was simple enough with the included mounting kit; just needed a drill. The dimmable feature works perfectly, letting me adjust the brightness for different times of day. I had a question about the remote controller and their support team responded within a day with clear instructions. Quality of the acrylic backing and the LED flex seems solid. Overall, it was a smooth process from start to finish, and the sign looks fantastic.

Love my new bar sign!

I got a bar neon sign for my basement, and it is amazing! The colors are so vibrant. It totally changed the vibe of the room. It shipped super fast too. I'm already planning my next order for a gaming neon sign. Everyone needs one of these!

Cool sign, easy setup

Got a cloud neon sign for my living room, just thought it looked cool. It came pretty quick, like maybe a week and a half after I ordered it. Setting it up was no biggie, just plug it in. Looks great, adds a nice soft light. Happy with it.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third order from One Neon; I previously bought a kitchen sign and a custom logo sign for my business. This time I got a pet neon sign. Like before, the quality is really consistent. The colors are always true to the design I picked, and the signs feel sturdy. Shipping usually takes about 10-12 days to California, which is what I've come to expect. Their packaging is always secure. I keep coming back because I know what I'm going to get, and they haven't disappointed yet.

Good value, minor snag

I bought a custom name sign for my daughter's room. The price was competitive, especially for a custom piece, and the sign itself looks very nice, bright, and well-made. The design process online was intuitive. My only slight issue was that the hanging chains for neon weren't quite long enough for where I wanted to place it, so I had to get some extras from a hardware store. Not a huge deal, but something to note if you have specific height requirements. Delivery was on time as estimated. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status. Overall, a positive experience and I'd consider them again.
